1405 Point Street is the first stand-alone apartment building at the growing Harbor Point waterfront neighborhood, rising 17 stories above Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
Comprised of 289 luxury rental units, 20,000 sq. ft. of prime ground floor retail surrounded by 9.5 Acres of waterfront park and outdoor amenities. HARBOR POINT, when completed, will be: 914,000 square feet of residential space; 200,000 square feet of retail space; 1.6 Million square feet of office space; 4.5 acres of public waterfront park space; -220,000 square feet of hotel space, and 1.2 Million square feet of public parking.
