Located in one of Baltimore’s oldest waterfront neighborhoods, and in Baltimore’s East Harbor Empowerment Zone with public transportation to the front door, we built an urban, green (LEED certified) multifamily development with ground floor retail.
Forty-seven (47) spacious apartments, affordable to working families earning 50% of AMI. The development is a renovation of an existing century old, vacant police station and new construction on a City-owned parking lot (removing blight). This project represents the first new construction in Upper Fells Point in over 50 years. The project enjoys strong community support and created construction and permanent jobs, entry level as well as promotional opportunities for community residents.
