THC and its partner, Mission First Housing Group are the developers of a 6-story building containing 137 mixed-income senior units and associated amenity spaces. This new 137-unit senior living community is part of the Towne Square at Suitland Federal Center development. In addition, a ground floor social service office space with a side entrance off of Arts Vista Boulevard will be occupied by the non-profit White Rose Foundation that will provide social services to the community. The office is located adjacent to the building community room, where space will be available for programming.
