6th Annual Affordable Housing Development Award of Excellence – Notable Nonprofit Housing Developer, Tenants, and Local Church Form Winning Partnership
THC and its partner, Mission First Development, were selected by Bible Way Church of Northwest Washington, D.C. to rehab an existing 184-unit apartment building as affordable housing in one of the District’s quickly gentrifying areas. The renovation was done with residents in place. Working closely with the City and the community, the project was completed by December, 2007.
