THC and its partner, NHP Foundation, are the developers of 17.3 acres of land in Park Heights. The total plan encompasses 210 rental units within three multifamily buildings types – low-rise multifamily, townhouse, and “Big Houses”, which are small multifamily buildings with stacked one-floor apartment units in them, and resemble large single-family homes. Phase I is approximately 5 acres and will contain a 53-unit multi-family building, 100-unit senior building and 17 for sale homes in the first phase. Single Family Home development will coincide with the multifamily development phases. A total of 78 3-bedroom/2.5 bathroom single family detached homes. The first single family homes and homeownership in this area for decades. The development team is working closely with the community and legislative officials to bring about revitalization with new housing, but also with bringing economic development and self-sufficiency training opportunities for the community.
